If you’re flying and experience any issues or delays, please work with the gate agent at the airport or contact Egencia directly for help. Our travel team can assist you as well, but most times the gate or Egencia agent can help you out more efficiently.

Our travelers will be staying at either Double Tree by Hilton or Best Western. Each individual declared their hotel preference on the Together Travel Form.

Check-in for both hotels is at 3:00 pm. If you arrive early but your room isn’t ready, the hotel might be able to hold your luggage for you until your room is ready.

Breakfast will be available for all HFA members at the studio from 8:00a to 9:00a

Parking is available at both hotels; they actually share a parking lot, which makes it easier if you’re carpooling but staying at a different hotel.

There is a quick, easy path from the hotels to the studio that avoids Walton Blvd traffic altogether. Take C St to 18th St. NOTE: You will pass a school before you turn onto 18th Street, so please use caution and watch for children. We encourage you to share a car on your trip from the hotel to the studio.

Be sure to bring your ID badge and laptop charger! If you don’t have an ID badge, you can get one from the Systems team when you arrive.  

We’re working on creating a map with all available workspace types so you can quickly find a spot to work. We will prioritize dual monitor setups for designers and those who absolutely need multiple screens to complete their work. We’ll have several spaces to work on your laptop with power and ethernet connection, as well as standing desks and co-working areas.

Please keep all workspaces tidy and put away your computer if you’re away at team building or helping with community service activities. During T24, all desks and work areas are considered hoteling stations and shareable.

Please make sure you complete an expense report on Concur after your trip. You won’t need to worry about the hotel bill, but will need to include receipts for all charges made on your HFA Card.

Keep an eye on your preferred weather app as we get closer to T24! The historical average for the week hovers at a low of 49 and a high of 76. The weather in our area is everchanging so being prepared with a rain jacket or light sweater wouldn’t be a bad idea. Also, consider the team-building activity your team signed up for when packing!
